摘　　要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer's disease, AD)是一种以进行性认知障碍为主要特征的神经变性疾病,是最常见的痴呆类型。针灸作为中医的重要疗法,对AD的治疗展现了潜在的应用前景。近年来,功能磁共振成像(functional magnetic resonance imaging, fMRI)技术被广泛应用于探索针灸对AD患者脑功能的作用机制。研究表明,针灸通过激活特定脑区,调节脑网络的功能连接,有助于改善认知功能和记忆能力。本文就利用fMRI探究针灸在治疗AD中的应用及其机制进行综述。Alzheimer's disease(AD)is a neurodegenerative disorder characterized by progressive cognitive decline and represents the most common form of dementia.Acupuncture have shown promising potential in the treatment of AD.In recent years,functional magnetic resonance imaging(fMRI)has been increasingly employed to investigate the mechanisms underlying the effects of acupuncture on brain function in AD patients.Evidence from studies indicates that acupuncture may enhance cognitive function and memory by activating specifi c brain regions and modulating the functional connectivity of brain networks.This review provides an overview of fMRI-based research on the application of acupuncture in AD treatment,aiming to summarize current fi ndings and highlight areas for future investigation.
