摘　　要：基于现有文献证据和专家组讨论意见,在既往痴呆与认知障碍诊治相关指南基础上,对AD药物治疗方案和推荐意见进行了更新,重点引入抗Aβ免疫治疗相关进展,为AD的早期和全面干预提供参考。内容涵盖了阿尔茨海默病治疗原则,对症治疗药物中的胆碱酯酶抑制剂、兴奋性氨基酸受体拮抗剂、精神行为症状的药物治疗方法,Aducanumab、Lecanemab和Donanemab疾病修饰治疗,甘露特纳的使用,以及中医药物治疗原则和方法。Based on current literature and expert panel discussions,the recommendations for drug treatment of Alzheimer's disease(AD)have been updated in accordance with previous guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of dementia and cognitive impairment.The update emphasizes the advancements in anti-Aβimmunotherapy,with the aim of providing a reference for early and comprehensive intervention for AD.The content covers the following key aspects:the principles of AD treatment;symptomatic medications,including cholinesterase inhibitors and NMDA receptor antagonists;management of behavioral and psychological symptoms;disease-modifying therapies such as Aducanumab,Lecanemab,and Donanemab;the use of Sodium Oligomannate;and the use of traditional Chinese medicine.
