摘 要:城市道路施工易引发交通拥堵,从而导致机动车在低速与怠速工况下行驶会消耗更多的燃油,使得机动车尾气污染物排放量显著上升。以低排为目标,实现区域交通的道路组织优化,针对施工区域及其上下游交叉口的交通运行特性和拥堵成因,从区域组织分流与信号配时优化等角度设计优化方案。将微观仿真软件VISSIM与MOVES排放模型相结合,测算优化前后机动车尾气污染物的排放量,并以济南市长清区文汇路施工项目为背景,对道路优化方案减排的有效性和车辆延误的改善效果进行评估分析。研究结果表明:与现状方案相比,各优化方案均在不同程度上有针对性地减少了施工区域及其上下游交叉口行驶机动车的延误时间,其中信号配时优化+分流10%方案在减少机动车尾气污染物排放总量方面更具优势,该方案下城市交通3类主要车型的尾气污染物排放量显著降低。Urban road construction can easily cause traffic congestion,resulting in motor vehicles consuming more fuel when driving at low speeds and idle speeds,and making a significant increase in exhaust emissions from motor vehicles.In order to realize the goal of low emissions to optimize road organization for regional traffic,and the optimization plans was designed from the perspectives of regional organization diversion and signal timing optimization based on the traffic operation characteristics and congestion causes of the construction area and its upstream and downstream intersections.Combining the micro simulation software VISSIM with the MOVES emission model,the emissions of motor vehicle exhaust pollutants before and after optimization were calculated.Taking the construction project of Wenhui Road in Changqing District,Jinan City as an example,the effectiveness of reducing emissions and improving vehicle delays of the road optimization plan were evaluated and analyzed.The research results show that compared with the current plan,each optimized plan has reduced the delay time of motor vehicles in the construction area and its upstream and downstream intersections in various degrees.Among them,the plan of signal timing optimization+10%diversion has more advantages in reducing the total amount of motor vehicle exhaust pollutants.The exhaust pollutant emissions of three main types of urban transportation vehicles are significantly reduced by the plan.
