摘 要:为分析低频宽脉冲电场对电子信息设备的干扰情况,以硬件防火墙设备为研究对象,开展辐照效应试验和数值模拟,对比分析了硬件防火墙设备在低频宽脉冲电场环境下的效应规律及干扰机理。研究表明:(1)低频宽脉冲电场可以干扰硬件防火墙设备,但在100 kV/m范围内不会造成设备毁伤;(2)连接线缆的能量耦合和传导是导致硬件防火墙设备干扰的主要原因;(3)连接线缆与干扰电场极化方向一致时,硬件防火墙设备的干扰程度更严重;(4)上升时间越快,硬件防火墙设备受到相同程度干扰时所需的电场强度值越低。To analyze the interference effects on electrical and information equipment of low-frequency wide-pulse electric field,the hardware firewall is taken as the research object to carry out irradiation effect experiments and nu⁃merical simulation,and its effect rules and interference mechanism are compared and analyzed.The results show that low-frequency wide-pulse electric field can interfere the normal operation of the hardware firewall,but will not cause damage to the equipment within the field intensity range of 100 kV/m;the energy coupling and conduction of the cable is the main cause of the interference;the interference is more serious when the direction of the cable is the same as the polarization of the irradiation electric field;and the shorter the rise-time is,the lower the interfer⁃ence field intensity for the same interference degree is.
