摘　　要：党的十八大以来,党内法规制度体系快速形成,相关研究成果也呈快速增长态势。然而,通过整理相关文献可以发现,党内法规研究在史料的系统性、准确性和建设性方面存在不足,这成为影响党内法规研究的成果质量和未来发展的重要因素。因此,在党内法规学已成为独立学科的背景下,应充分认识史料对党内法规研究的理论意义与实践意义,解决党内法规研究中存在的史料问题。党内法规研究需要坚持以唯物史观方法论为统领,做好史料的完善与校勘工作,注重不同类型史料的结合,在力求精准还原党内法规历史真实的基础上展开论述。Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the system of intraparty rules and regulations of the CPC has rapidly taken shape,and the number of research outcomes in the field of Party regulations has also seen a swift increase.However,upon reviewing the relevant achievements,it can be observed that there are issues with the systematicity,accuracy,and constructiveness of historical materials.It can be said that these issues have become significant factors affecting the quality of intraparty rules and regulations research outcomes and constraining the development of intraparty rules and regulations.Therefore,against the backdrop that the study of intraparty rules and regulations of the CPC has become an independent discipline,it is imperative that the theoretical and practical significance of historical materials for the studies of intraparty rules and regulations should be fully recognized and historical material issues in intraparty rules and regulations research should be addressed.This requires adhering to the methodological guidance of historical materialism in intraparty rules and regulations research,improving and collating intraparty rules and regulations historical materials,and focusing on the combination of different types of historical materials in intraparty rules and regulations research.On the basis of restoring the historical truth of intraparty rules and regulations as much as possible,relevant research work should be well conducted.
