摘  要:调距桨的电液控制部分结构复杂且运行环境恶劣,其可靠性对船舶的安全运行至关重要。针对电液系统诊断中的实际需求,提出了一种创新的诊断建模语言——T语言,并基于此开发了一套建模与诊断方法。该方法通过精确描述器件输入和输出端口之间的耦合、传递、变换和控制关系,依据实际连接关系(如管路、线缆等)构建与系统组成结构一致的诊断模型,确保了模型的一致性和可校核性。通过对调距桨电液系统的诊断建模与试验,验证了所提方法的有效性,也为类似电液系统的故障诊断提供了新的视角和方法。The electro-hydraulic system of controllable pitch propeller(CPP),with its complex structure and harsh operational conditions,is vital for navigational efficiency and maritime safety.To address diagnostic challenges in electro-hydraulic systems,a novel diagnostic modeling language,“T-language”is introduced,along with a comprehensive modeling and diagnostic method.This method precisely defines the interactions and control logic between input and output ports,and accurately maps the system's physical connections,such as pipelines and cables,to construct diagnostic models that align with the system's structure and functionality.The proposed method is validated through detailed diagnostic modeling and experiments on a CPP electro-hydraulic system,providing new perspectives and methods for fault diagnosis in similar systems.
