蒸梗温度对再造烟叶浆料质量及基片物理指标的影响研究

摘  要:通过将烟梗先蒸梗处理再进行再造烟叶制备,探寻蒸梗工艺对再造烟叶浆料质量和基片物理指标的影响。经实验,采用蒸梗工艺处理后提取烟梗残渣中的果胶含量平均下降18.34%,烟梗磨浆用时平均缩短16.35%,梗浆中分丝帚化纤维占比平均上升28.76%,所制备基片的抗张拉力平均提高7.87%,吸水高度平均提高22.2%,柔软度数值平均下降15.1%,且各项指标的改善效果均与蒸梗温度呈正比,再造烟叶浆料质量和基片物理指标均得到改善。经综合评价基片物理质量,蒸梗温度150℃时,改善效果最大,此时提取后烟梗残渣中的果胶含量下降23.73%,磨浆用时缩短19.84%,烟梗浆料中纤维宽度下降31.82%、长宽比提高49.8%、分丝帚化纤维百分比提高34.93%,基片抗张拉力提高9.97%、吸水高度提高25.86%、柔软度数值下降19.37%,对再造烟叶生产质量提升具有重要意义。This paper explores the impact of steam stalk technology on the quality of reconstituted tobacco leaf(RTL)pulp and the physical of the base sheet by first treating the tobacco stalks with steam and then preparing the RTL.After experimentation,it was found that the pectin content in tobacco stalk residue decreased by an average of 18.34%,the time for grinding the stalks was shortened by an average of 16.5%,the proportion of fibrillated fibers in the stalk pulp increased by an average of 28.76%,the tensile strength of the prepared sheet increased by an average of 7.87%,the water absorption height increased by an average of 22.2%,and the softness value by an average of 15.1%.All these improvements were directly proportional to the steam temperature.Both the quality of the RTL pulp and the physical properties of the base sheet were improved.After a comprehensive evaluation of the physical quality of the base sheet,it was found that at a steam temperature of 150℃,the improvement effect was the most significant.At this temperature,the pectin content in the tobacco stalk residue decreased by 23.73%,the time was shortened by 19.84%,the fiber width of the tobacco stalk pulp decreased by 31.82%,the length-to-width increased by 49.8%,and the proportion of fibrillated fibers increased by 34.93%.The tensile strength of the base increased by 9.97%,the water absorption height increased by 25.86%,and the softness value decreased by 19.37%.These improvements are of great significance to the quality enhancement of RTL production.
