摘　　要：铂类是在儿童及成人化疗方案中常见的一种化疗药物。铂类应用大大提高了肿瘤患儿的长期生存,由于铂类治疗后产生的耳毒性可能发生在治疗后的各个时期,对长期生存的肿瘤患儿来说是治疗面临的一大难题,我们在铂类耳毒性发生机制、随访评估及干预等方面的研究进展进行综述。Platinum is a frequently employed agent in both pediatric and adult chemotherapy protocols,significantly enhancing the overall survival rate in children afflicted with tumors.However,the potential of ototoxicity subsequent to platinum therapy poses a substantial hurdle in the long-term surviving pediatric tumor patients.This article provides a comprehensive review of the advancements made in the understanding of platinum-induced ototoxicity,follow-up evaluation and intervention strategies.
