桃胶在植物染料染棉织物固色中的应用

摘　　要：采用熬煮的方式将固态天然桃胶制备为液态桃胶,测定其物理性质。以浸轧固色工艺将其应用于植物染料染棉织物,比较固色前后棉织物的色牢度,评价桃胶固色性能。结果表明,液态桃胶的黏度为2.19 mPa·s,剪切应力为3.29 N/m2,黏度较高。在使用80g/L桃胶固色时,植物染料染棉织物的K/S值为3.5,耐皂洗色牢度达4~5级。The solid natural peach glue was prepared into liquid peach glue by boiling,and the physical properties of liquid peach gum were determined.The liquid peach gum was applied to cotton fabric dyed with plant dyes by rolling-dip dyeing process,and the color fastness of cotton fabric was compared before and af-ter dyeing to evaluate the color fastness of peach glue.The results showed that the viscosity of liquid peach glue was 2.19 mPa·s,and the shear stress was 3.29 N/m2,which indicated that the viscosity of liquid peach glue was high.When 80 g/L peach glue was used for color fixation,the K/S value of cotton fabric dyed with vegetable dyes was 3.5,and the soap fastness was level 4-5.
