摘　　要：在纺织品的后整理工序中,硅油通常以硅油乳液的形式应用,因此乳化剂对硅油乳液的性能有重要影响。使用沙索TA50、巴斯夫TO5等常用的乳化剂,对宏昊化工的氨基硅油T30A进行乳化,通过测定相关性能并对手感进行评价,探究乳化剂对硅油应用性能的影响。结果表明,乳化剂对乳液的手感、稳定性以及所制备布样的色光均有显著影响。In the post-treatment process of textiles,silicone oil was usually used as its main application form in the form of silicone emulsion.Therefore,the emulsifier had an important impact on the performance of silicone emulsion.Using commonly used emulsifiers such as TA50 and TO5 from Sasol and BASF to emulsi-fy amino silicone oil T30A from Honghao Chemical Industry.By measuring relevant properties and evaluating the hand feeling,the influence of emulsifiers on the application performance of silicone oil was explored.The test results showed that the emulsifier has a significant impact on the hand feeling,stability of the emulsion,and the color light of the prepared fabric samples.
