摘 要:目的建立白扁豆中17种氨基酸的含量测定方法,并对测定数据进行主成分及聚类分析。方法收集不同产地及市场流通白扁豆样品17批(编号S1~S17),经酸水解,采用全自动氨基酸分析仪测定氨基酸含量,采用SPSS26.0软件进行主成分分析和聚类分析。结果17批白扁豆样品均检出17种氨基酸,精密度、重复性、稳定性试验RSD均小于3%;平均加样回收率为93.2%~101.5%,RSD为1.2%~3.0%。筛选出主成分3个,累积方差贡献率为87.723%;聚类分析将17批样品聚为4类。结论该方法操作简便,准确度高,主成分分析及聚类分析可对不同产地白扁豆提供评价依据。Objective The aim of this study was to establish a method for determining the content of 17 amino acids in Dolichos lablab L.and to perform principal component analysis and clustering analysis on the obtained data.Methods 17 batches of Dolichos lablab L.samples,sourced from various origins and available in the market(labeled S1 to S17),were collected.Following acid hydrolysis,the amino acid content was quantified using an automatic amino acid analyzer.Principal component analysis and clustering analysis were conducted utilizing SPSS version 26.0 software.Results All 17 batches of Dolichos lablab L.samples were found to contain all 17 amino acids.The relative standard deviation(RSD)values for precision,repeatability,and stability were consistently below 3%.The average recovery rate ranged from 93.2%to 101.5%,with RSD values between 1.2%and 3.0%.Three principal components were identified,accounting for a cumulative variance contribution rate of 87.723%.Clustering ana-lysis categorized the 17 batches into four distinct groups.Conclusion This method is straightforward yet precise;furthermore,both principal component analysis and clustering analysis can serve as effective evaluation criteria for assessing Dolichos lablab L.from different origins.
