老年肺癌组织中VEGFA、CK7表达水平与病理特征的关系

摘　　要：目的 研究血管内皮生长因子A(VEGFA)、细胞角蛋白7(CK7)在老年肺癌组织中的表达水平与病理特征的关系。方法 选取2019年3月至2023年3月在本院进行手术治疗的57例老年肺癌患者,保留手术切除的癌旁正常组织及癌组织标本,用免疫组织化学染色法测定VEGFA和CK7的表达情况。比较VEGFA、CK7在癌旁正常组织与癌组织的阳性表达率,肺癌患者不同病理特征之间VEGFA、CK7的阳性表达率,用Spearman相关分析肺癌组织中VEGFA与CK7表达的关系。结果 VEGFA、CK7在肺癌组织中的阳性表达率均分别高于癌旁正常组织(P<0.05)。临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化、有淋巴结转移、预后不良者的VEGFA阳性表达率分别为93.33%、80.00%、93.75%、94.12%,均明显高于临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、中高分化、无淋巴结转移及预后良好者的66.67%、50.00%、65.85%、65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);腺癌、临床分期Ⅲ~Ⅳ期、低分化、有淋巴结转移、预后不良者的CK7阳性表达率分别为97.37%、100.00%、82.22%、93.75%、94.12%,均明显高于非腺癌、临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期、中高分化、无淋巴结转移及预后良好者的31.58%、66.67%、50.00%、68.29%、67.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。肺癌组织中VEGFA与CKT表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论 VEGFA、CK7在老年肺癌组织中的表达显著升高,且和患者的病理特征及预后有关。Objective To study the relationship between the expression levels of vascular endothelial growth factor A(VEGFA),cytokeratin 7(CK7)and pathological features in elderly lung cancer.Methods 57 elderly patients with lung cancer who underwent surgical treatment in our hospital from March 2019 to March 2023 were selected,and the specimens of normal tissues and cancer tissues were preserved,the expressions of VEGFA and CK7 were detected by immunohistochemical staining,the positive expression rates of VEGFA and CK7 in adjacent tissues and cancer tissues were compared,and the positive expression rates of VEGFA and CK7 in different pathological features of lung cancer patients were compared,the relationship between VEGFA and CK7 expression in lung cancer tissues was analyzed by Spearman correlation.Results The positive expression rates of VEGFA and CK7 in lung cancer tissues were higher than those in normal tissues adjacent to the cancer(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of VEGFA in patients with clinical stagesⅢ-Ⅳ,low differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and poor prognosis were 93.33%,80.00%,93.75%,and 94.12%,which were significantly higher than those in patients with clinical stagesⅠ-Ⅱ,medium high differentiation,no lymph node metastasis,and good prognosis(66.67%,50.00%,65.85%,and 65.00%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The positive expression rates of CK7 in adenocarcinoma,clinical stagesⅢ-Ⅳ,low differentiation,lymph node metastasis,and poor prognosis were 97.37%,100.00%,82.22%,93.75%,and 94.12%,which were significantly higher than those in non-adenocarcinoma,clinical stagesⅠ-Ⅱ,medium high differentiation,no lymph node metastasis,and good prognosis(31.58%,66.67%,50.00%,68.29%,and 67.50%),with statistical significance(P<0.05).The expression of VEGFA and CKT in lung cancer tissues was positively correlated(P<0.05).VEGFA was positively correlated with CKT expression in lung cancer(P<0.05).Conclusion The expression of VEGFA and CK7 in elderly lung cancer tissues is significantly increased,which i
