高校护理专业学生数字素养评价量表的编制及信效度检验

摘  要:目的编制高校护理专业学生数字素养评价量表并进行信效度检验。方法以《数字素养全球框架》为指导构建量表框架,通过文献回顾构建量表池,通过专家函询和预调查形成初始量表,便利选取315名护士实习生进行数据收集,进行量表项目分析和信效度检验。结果两轮函询专家积极系数均为100%,专家权威系数为0.902,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.447、0.751。高校护理专业学生数字素养评价量表包含数字意识、数字信息与资源处理、数字沟通与协作、数字应用与创新及数字安全与责任5个维度、21个条目。量表的Cronbach'sα系数为0.941、重测信度为0.938。条目水平的内容效度指数为0.821~1.000,量表水平的内容效度指数为0.950;探索性因子分析共提取5个公因子,累积方差解释率为79.805%,验证性因子分析显示模型拟合较好。结论高校护理专业学生数字素养评价量表信效度较好,可用于测评高校护理专业学生的数字素养水平。Objective To develop a scale of digital literacy evaluation for nursing students in universities and to examine its reliability and validity.Methods The scale framework was constructed under the guidance of the Global Framework for Digital Literacy,the scale pool was constructed through literature review,and the initial scale was formed through expert correspondence and pre-survey,facilitating the selection of 315 nurse interns for data collection,scale item analysis and reliability and validity test.Results The positive coefficient of the two rounds of correspondence consultation was 100%,the expert authority coefficient was 0.902,and the Kendall harmony coefficient was 0.447 and 0.751,respectively.The digital literacy evaluation scale for college nursing students includes 21 items in 5 dimensions:digital awareness,digital information and resource processing,digital communication and collaboration,digital application and innovation,and digital security and responsibility.Cronbach'sαcoefficient and retest reliability were 0.941 and 0.938 respectively.The content validity index of item level was 0.821-1.000,and the content validity index of scale level was 0.950.A total of 5 common factors were extracted by exploratory factor analysis,and the cumulative variance interpretation rate was 79.805%.Confirmatory factor analysis showed that the model fit well.Conclusion The reliability and validity of the digital literacy evaluation scale for nursing students in colleges and universities is good,which can be used to evaluate the digital literacy level of nursing students in colleges and universities.
