摘　　要：重症脑血管病是导致患者神经功能重度损害,可出现呼吸、循环等多系统功能严重障碍的脑血管病,是成年人残疾的首要病因。营养支持治疗是其中重要的管理环节,改变营养代谢状态可以改变疾病转归,优化营养治疗可以提高重症脑血管病患者的生活质量。本文从重症脑血管病营养治疗现状进行论述,关注重症脑血管病患者的营养代谢特点、营养底物需求及能量供给目标、营养供给方式及预防相关并发症。优化营养方案,并对相关营养指标进行动态监测。实现重症脑血管病患者的精准营养治疗,改善患者临床预后,为临床更深层次探究重症脑血管病的营养治疗的基础研究提供参考。Severe cerebrovascular disease is the primary cause of adult disability,which leads to severe damage of nerve function and serious dysfunction of multiple system functions such as respiration and circulation.Nutritional support treatment is an important part of management.Changing the state of nutritional metabolism can change the outcome of the disease,and optimizing nutritional treatment can improve the quality of life of patients with severe cerebrovascular disease.The present situation of nutritional treatment of severe cerebrovascular disease was discussed in this paper,focusing on the characteristics of nutritional metabolism,nutrient substrate requirements,energy supply targets,nutrient supply methods and prevention of related complications in patients with severe cerebrovascular disease.The nutrition scheme was optimized and the related nutrition indexes were dynamically monitored.To achieve accurate nutritional treatment of patients with severe cerebrovascular disease,improve the clinical prognosis of patients,and provide a reference for the basic research of nutritional treatment of severe cerebrovascular disease in clinical depth.
