摘 要:蒋南翔职业教育思想作为其教育思想的重要组成部分,是在立足生活经历和教育经历,思索国家前途命运和毕业生就业难题的基础上形成的。蒋南翔认为,应重视职业教育在社会发展、教育变革与民生问题中的地位,从思想政治、专业知识和实际技能等方面提升受教育者的综合素养。其职业教育思想具有社会性、全面性、科学性的内在特征,在职业教育对象、职业教育办学、职业教育方法、职业教育师资、职业教育交流等方面提出了诸多见解。深入挖掘蒋南翔职业教育思想的有益因子,对于培养高素质技术技能人才,推动职业教育高质量发展具有重要的借鉴价值。Jiang Nanxiang's thought of vocational education is an important component of his overall educational philosophy,which is formed based on his life experiences and educational background while contemplating the future of the nation destiny and the employment challenges faced by graduates.Jiang Nanxiang believed that the status of vocational education in social development,educational reform and issues of people's livelihood should be emphasized,and the comprehensive quality of learners should be enhanced in terms of ideological and political understanding,professional knowledge and practical skills.His thought of vocational education has inherent characteristics of sociality,comprehensiveness and scientificity,with various insights on the target audience,management and operation,instructional methods,teaching staff and international exchanges of vocational education.Delving into the beneficial elements of Jiang Nanxiang's vocational education thought has important reference value for cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents and promoting high-quality development of vocational education.
