高校口腔医学专利竞争力对比分析

摘　　要：目的了解我国高校口腔专利技术现状,为提升口腔专利竞争力提供信息参考。方法通过智慧芽(PatSnap)数据库收集11家高校口腔医学2002年1月至2021年12月申请专利数据,利用熵值法确定各专利指标权重,并从专利数量、专利质量和专利价值3个维度对专利竞争力进行分析。结果专利竞争力的3个维度所占权重大小顺序为专利质量>专利价值>专利数量,而专利质量所占权重为0.498,接近整体权重的一半;不同高校专利数量、专利质量和专利价值3个维度得分存在明显差异,其中,北京大学在专利质量和专利价值上得分最高,四川大学在专利数量上位居榜首,上海交通大学在3个维度得分相对均衡且处于前列,武汉大学及中国医科大学3个维度得分均较低;综合评分上,这11所高校口腔医学专利水平发展不均衡,不同高校间差距明显。其中,北京大学得分最高,四川大学和上海交通大学分别位于第2位和第3位,而中国医科大学得分最低。结论中国高校口腔医学专利水平发展存在不平衡,并提出注重专利质量、积极培育高价值专利、完善专利激励机制、加强产学研协同融合及加强转化人才队伍建设等建议。Objective To investigate the status quo of oral medicine patent technology in Chinese universities and to provide information reference for enhancing the competitiveness of oral patent.Methods Through the PatSnap database,patent application data from January 2002 to December 2021 for stomatology in 11 universities was collected.The entropy method was used to determine the weight of each patent indicator,and the patent competitiveness was analyzed from three dimensions:patent quantity,patent quality,and patent value.Results The order of weight of the three dimensions of patent competitiveness was patent quality>patent value>patent quantity,and the weight of patent quality was 0.498,which was close to half of the overall weight;there were significant differences in the scores of different universities in the three dimensions of patent quantity,patent quality,and patent value.Among them,Peking University scored the highest in patent quality and patent value,Sichuan University ranked first in patent quantity,Shanghai Jiao Tong University scored relatively evenly in the three dimensions and was in the forefront,while Wuhan University and China Medical University scored lower in all three dimensions.In terms of comprehensive score,the development of oral medicine patent levels among these 11 universities was uneven,with significant gaps between different universities.Among them,Peking University scored the highest,Sichuan University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University ranked second and third respectively,while China Medical University scored the lowest.Conclusion There is an imbalance in the development of oral medicine patent levels among Chinese universities,and suggestions are made to focus on patent quality,actively cultivate high-value patents,improve patent incentive mechanisms,strengthen the integration of industry,academia,and research,and enhance the construction of transformation talent teams.
