摘 要:为解决重型焊接转子焊后平衡车削中的过车削与欠车削问题,文章提出了一种融合空间圆拟合与直线拟合的轴心线确定策略。利用跳动检测系统获取转子多段轮盘的径向跳动数据,通过中垂面交点圆拟合确定轮盘几何中心及直径,从而采用最小二乘奇异值分解(SVD)算法拟合空间直线,进而精确定位轴心线。算法应用前后的高动数据对比结果显示,转子车削质量显著提升,轴颈振动大幅降低,验证了该方法在焊后转子平衡修正中的有效性和实用性。To solve the problems of over turning and under turning in the balance turning of heavy-duty welded rotors after welding,this article proposes a strategy for determining the axis line that integrates spatial circle fitting and linear fitting.Using a jumping detection system to obtain radial jumping data of multiple sections of the rotor disc,the geometric center and diameter of the disc are determined by fitting the intersection circle of the mid vertical plane.The least squares singular value decomposition(SVD)algorithm is then used to fit the spatial line and accurately locate the axis.The comparison of high dynamic data before and after the application of the algorithm shows that the quality of rotor turning is significantly improved,and the vibration of the shaft neck is greatly reduced,which verifies the effectiveness and practicality of this method in post weld rotor balance correction.
