重组人干扰素α-2b联合Leep刀治疗HPV感染高级别宫颈上皮内病变患者的临床价值研究

摘　　要：目的探讨重组人干扰素α-2b联合Leep刀治疗人乳头瘤病毒(HP V)感染高级别宫颈上皮内病变患者的临床价值。方法选取88例高级别宫颈上皮内病变伴HPV感染患者,采取摸球法分为对照组(44例,予以Leep刀治疗)和研究组(44例,予以重组人干扰素α-2b联合Leep刀治疗),比较两组治疗效果。结果研究组术后恢复情况较对照组优,临床总有效率及术后6个月、12个月HPV转阴率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后并发症发生率及6个月、12个月复发率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论重组人干扰素α-2b联合Leep刀治疗HPV感染高级别宫颈上皮内病变患者的疗效显著,术后恢复较快,可降低术后并发症发生率,同时还能提高HPV转阴率,降低复发率。Objective To investigate the clinical value of recombinant human interferon a-2b combined with Leep knife in the treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions infected by human papilloma virus(HPV).Methods 88 patients with high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions and HPV infection were selected and divided into the control group(44 cases,treated with Leep knife)and the study group(44 cases,treated with recombinant human interferon a-2b combined with Leep knife)using the touch ball method.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The recovery of the study group were better than those of the control group,and the total clinical effective rate and HPV negative conversion rate at 6 months and 12 months after surgery were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications and recurrence rates at 6 and 12 months in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α-2b combined with Leep knife is effective in the treatment of high-grade cervical intraepithelial lesions infected with HPV,and the postoperative recovery is faster,which can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications,increase the negative rate of HPV and reduce the recurrence rate.
