宫颈炎并HPV感染患者实施干扰素联合保妇康栓治疗的临床效果研讨

摘　　要：目的分析宫颈炎并人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)感染患者采用干扰素联合保妇康栓治疗的有效性。方法选取30例宫颈炎并HPV感染患者,根据随机数字表法分为两组,每组15例。对照组采用保妇康栓治疗,研究组采用干扰素联合保妇康栓治疗。比较两组治疗效果、免疫功能指标及炎症因子水平。结果研究组总有效率为100%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD8^(+)指标均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后白细胞介素6、C反应蛋白及肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论宫颈炎并HPV感染患者采用干扰素联合保妇康栓治疗可以获得显著的疗效,应用价值高。Objective To analyze the effectiveness of interferon combined with Baofukang Suppository in the treatment for patients with cervicitis and human papillomavirus(HPV)infection.Methods 30 patients with cervicitis and HPV infection were selected and divided into two groups according random number table method,with 15 cases in each group.The control group received treatment with Baofukang Suppository,while the study group received treatment with interferon combined with Baofukang Suppository.The therapeutic effects,immune function indicators,and levels of inflammatory factors between the two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the research group was 100%,higher than 73.33% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the CD3^(+),CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)indicators in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-6,C-reactive protein,and tumor necrosis factor-α in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of interferon and Baofukang Suppositories can achieve significant therapeutic effects and high application value in patients with cervicitis and HPV infection.
