甲状腺激素水平变化在妊娠期孕妇中的检测价值分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲状腺激素水平变化在妊娠期孕妇中的检测价值。方法选取77例妊娠女性,其中37例甲状腺功能紊乱者、40例非甲状腺功能紊乱者;另选取同期77例健康非妊娠体检女性为参照组。均进行甲状腺激素检测,并对比三组受检者的甲状腺激素水平。结果甲状腺功能紊乱组的三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT_(3))、游离甲状腺素(FT_(4))、促甲状腺激素(TSH)水平均显著高于其他两组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);非甲状腺功能紊乱组与参照组的FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。甲状腺功能紊乱组的FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH联合检测阳性率显著高于非甲状腺功能紊乱组、参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠女性易出现甲状腺紊乱,通过积极进行甲状腺检测能够有效判定其甲状腺功能,进而诊断病情,具有重要的检测价值,尤其是采用FT_(3)、FT_(4)、TSH联合检测的方式更有利于提升检出率。Objective To exploring the detection value of changes in thyroid hormone levels in pregnant women during pregnancy.Methods 77 pregnant women were selected,including 37 with thyroid dysfunction and 40 without thyroid dysfunction.Another 77 healthy non-pregnant women were selected as the reference group.Thyroid hormone tests were performed in all subjects,and the levels of thyroid hormone in the three groups were compared.Results The levels of triiodothyronine(FT_(3)),free thyroxine(FT_(4))and thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH)in the thyroid dysfunction group were significantly higher than those in the other two groups(P<0.05),but there was no statistical significance in the levels of FT_(3),FT_(4) and TSH between the non-thyroid dysfunction group and the reference group(P>0.05).The combined positive rates of FT_(3),FT_(4) and TSH in thyroid dysfunction group were significantly higher than those in non-thyroid dysfunction group and reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Pregnant women are prone to thyroid disorders,and active thyroid testing can effectively determine thyroid function and diagnose the condition,which has important diagnostic value.Especially,the combination of FT_(3),FT_(4),and TSH testing is more conducive to improving the detection rate.
