正畸微种植体治疗安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形对患者牙齿美观度、口腔结构及牙周微环境的影响

摘　　要：目的:探析正畸微种植体治疗安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形对患者牙齿美观度、口腔结构及牙周微环境的影响。方法:按照治疗方案的不同将苏州口腔医院2021年1月至2023年12月收治的100例安氏Ⅱ类错[牙合]畸形患者分为A组和B组,其中A组50例接受传统正畸治疗,B组50例接受正畸微型种植体治疗,对比两组的治疗效果。结果:治疗后,相较于A组,B组的红色美学指数(PES)评分、白色美学指数(WES)评分均更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,相较于A组,B组磨牙移位距离更小,上中切牙倾角差、上中切牙凸距差均更大(P<0.05)。治疗后,B组基质金属蛋白酶-2、基质金属蛋白酶-9水平均低于A组(P<0.05)。两组治疗总有效率比较差异较小(P>0.05)。结论:正畸微型种植体治疗安氏Ⅱ类错(牙合)畸形效果显著,可以改善患者的口腔结构和牙周微环境,提升牙齿美观度。Objective:To investigate the effects of orthodontic micro-implant treatment on tooth aesthetics,oral structure and periodontal microenvironment in patients with angle classⅡmalocclusion.Methods:100 patients with class II malocclusion admitted to Suzhou Stomatological Hospital from January 2021 to December 2023 were divided into Group A(50 cases)and Group B(50 cases)according to different treatment plans.Group A was given traditional orthodontic treatment,while Group B was given orthodontic micro-implant treatment.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,compared with Group A,first of all,Group B had higher scores in the pink esthetic score(PES)and white esthetic score(WES)(P<0.05).Secondly,the molar displacement distance of Group B was smaller,the inclination difference of the middle incisor and the convex distance difference of the upper central incisor were larger(P<0.05).Finally,the average levels of matrix metalloproteinase-2 and matrix metalloproteinase-9 in Group B were lower than those in Group A(P<0.05).The difference in total effective rate between the two treatment groups was relatively small(P>0.05).Conclusion:Orthodontic micro-implant treatment has a significant effect on treating angle class II malocclusion,which can improve the oral structure and periodontal microenvironment of patients,and enhance the aesthetic appearance of teeth.
