放松训练联合团体心理疗法治疗青少年抑郁症伴焦虑的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨应用放松训练联合团体心理疗法对青少年抑郁症伴焦虑患者进行治疗的效果。方法:纳入2023年1月至12月龙岩市第三医院收治的60例青少年抑郁症伴焦虑患者,以随机数字表法将其分成两组,每组各30例患者。为对照组患者实施常规治疗。为研究组患者实施放松训练联合团体心理治疗。比较两组患者不良情绪、心理弹性及临床疗效。结果:研究组患者汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)的评分低于对照组患者(P <0.05)。研究组患者中文版康诺·戴维森弹性量表(CD-RISC)的评分高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。研究组患者治疗的总有效率高于对照组患者(P <0.05)。结论:应用放松训练联合团体心理疗法对青少年抑郁症伴焦虑患者进行治疗,可明显减轻其不良情绪,改善其心理弹性,治疗效果较理想。Objective:To observe the effect of relaxation training combined with group psychotherapy on adolescent depression patients with anxiety.Methods:60 adolescent patients with depression and anxiety admitted to the Third Hospital of Longyan from January 2023 to December 2023 were selected and randomly divided into a control group and a study group using a random number table method,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment,while the study group was given relaxation training combined with group psychotherapy.The negative emotions,psychological resilience and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of the Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of the Chinese version of the Connor-Davidson resilience scale(CD-RISC)in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of relaxation training combined with group psychotherapy to the treatment of adolescents with depression and anxiety can obviously alleviate the negative emotions and improve the psychological resilience,and the therapeutic effect is satisfactory.
