摘 要:2022年11月—2023年5月,采用红外相机标志重捕法对云南南滚河国家级自然保护区亚洲象Elephas maximus种群数量进行调查,64台红外相机中有50台拍摄到亚洲象,累计有效相机工作日7635 d。对获取到的亚洲象独立有效影像逐一鉴别,利用非空间标志重捕法估算公式预估亚洲象种群数量。结果表明总估算次数为255次,当估算次数达到126次时,种群数量最终稳定在17头。个体识别显示该种群包括11头成年象、3头亚成年象和3头幼象。研究结果丰富了保护区内亚洲象种群数据库,同时为基层保护及管理工作探索了一种简单且实用的大中型兽类种群数量估算方法。From November 2022 to May 2023,the population of Asian elephant(Elephas maximus)in the Nangunhe National Nature Reserve(Yunnan)was investigated by using the infrared camera capture-recapture method.E.maximus was captured by 50(n=64)preset infrared cameras,with the total number of 7635 effective camera working days.The valid images of E.maximus were identified through meticulous analysis,while the population size was estimated by using nonspatial capture-recapture estimation formula.The results showed that the total estimated number of E.maximus was 255,and with the increase of recapture times,the population increased steadily and the growth gradually became flat.When the number of E.maximus reached 126,the population finally stabilized at 17,including 11 adults,3 subadults,and 3 calves as determined by individual identification.This study strengths the understanding of E.maximus status in the reserve,and provides a simple and practical method to estimate the population of large and medium-sized mammals for the conservation and management at the base level.
