摘　　要：文章通过调查北海铁山港区兴港镇赤江村的制陶工艺,发现该地区拥有石英砂、高岭土等丰富的矿产资源,其中以含铝高、耐高温的赤江泥为主要制陶原料;成型方法是利用现代化机器模制而成;窑炉既有传统龙窑,也有现代气窑,烧制温度皆能达到1200℃。工艺调查以赤江全成陶器厂和赤陶陶瓷工作室的砂锅煲和八爪鱼杯为对象,详细记录了这两种极富地域特色的器物的工艺流程。总体而言,北海赤江制陶如今处于传统和现代化制法交融的阶段。研究可为展现北海制陶特点、促进北海赤江陶泥的有效利用以及创新传承民间制陶技艺提供资料借鉴。Through the investigation of Chijiang pottery making technology in Xinggang Town,Tieshan Gang District,Beihai,it is found that this area has rich mineral resources such as quartz sand and kaolin,among which Chijiang mud with high aluminum content and high temperature resistance is the main pottery raw material.Molding method is the use of modern machine molding;The firing kilns are both traditional dragon kilns and modern gas kilns,and the firing temperature can reach 1200℃.This is a survey of the Chijiang Quancheng Pottery Factory and Chitao Ceramic Workroom near Chijiang,revealing the process of pottery making with local characteristics of casserole pots and octopus cups.In general,the development and progress of the society has promoted the integration of traditional and modern pottery making methods in Beihai Chijiang.This research is to show the characteristics of Beihai pottery making,promote the effective use of Beihai Chijiang pottery clay,and innovate and inherit folk pottery making skills.
