摘 要:电子设备供电常采用分布式供电架构,将一次电源通过直流-直流功率变换为电子设备所需的各种电压和功率。电子设备的端电压越来越低(如给MCU、FPGA等器件供电的电压为1.5~3.3 V),而电子设备中一些信号数字电路、驱动电路等需要电压为5 V或者12 V、功率约为1 W的小功率供电电源,同时需要隔离主功率电路和信号电路的相互干扰,保证信号电路的精密度和信号完整性,如果从一次电源母线直接进行功率变换,转换效率低、体积大、质量大。为满足电子设备的供电需要以及对效率、体积、质量的要求,基于Royer变换电路提出一种自激推挽式隔离变换电路,通过研究该电路的工作原理,进行模态分析,给出了关键元器件参数的计算与设计过程,在此基础上通过电路试验研制出样品,验证了其可行性。The power supply of electronic device often adopts a distributed power supply architecture,which converts primary power into various voltages and powers required by electronic devices through DC-DC power conversion.The terminal voltage of electronic devices is getting lower and lower(such as supplying MCU,FPGA and other devices with a voltage of 1.5-3.3 V),but some signal digital circuits,driver circuits,etc.in electronic devices require low-power supplies with a voltage of 5 V or 12 V and a power of about 1 W.At the same time,it is necessary to isolate the mutual interference between the main power circuit and the signal circuit to ensure the precision and signal integrity of the signal circuit.If power conversion is directly carried out from a power bus,the conversion efficiency is low,the volume is large,and the mass is large.Based on the Royer transform circuit,a self-excited push-pull isolation transform circuit is proposed to meet the power supply needs of electronic devices,as well as the requirements for efficiency,volume,and quality.By studying the working principle of the circuit,modal analysis is conducted,and the calculation and design process of key component parameters are given,based on this,a sample is developed through circuit test to verify its feasibility.
