摘  要:针对袋装水泥运输过程中车厢尺寸多样且装车工况复杂的问题,设计了一种基于双目视觉的自动装车机车厢尺寸测量系统。首先,利用双目摄像头采集运输车辆图像并进行背景差分去除无关环境信息;然后,利用改进的Canny边缘检测算法检测复杂装车工况下的车辆边缘轮廓,接着通过霍夫变换提取车厢特征并确定车厢测量点;最后,结合立体匹配技术完成车厢尺寸测量。实验结果表明:该系统具有较好的测量精度,可以满足袋装水泥自动装车机在复杂装车工况下对车厢尺寸的测量需求。Aiming at address the problem of various carriage sizes and complex loading conditions in bagged cement transportation,a carriage size measurement system for automatic loading machine based on binocular vision is designed.Firstly,the binocular camera is used to capture the transport vehicle image and remove the irrelevant environment information by background differencing.Then,the improved Canny edge detection algorithm is used to detect the vehicle edge contour under complex loading conditions,then the carriage features are extracted and the carriage measurement point is determined by Hough transform.Finally,the carriage size measurement is completed by combining with stereo matching technology.The experimental results show that the system has good measurement precision,which and can meet the demand of carriage size measurement of bagged cement automatic loading machine under complex loading conditions.
