摘　　要：儿童和青少年癌症患者的诊断和预后告知等问题受到越来越多的关注,但在是否告知以及如何进行病情告知的问题上尚未达成共识。本文从儿童和青少年癌症患者病情告知的研究现状、影响因素和对临床工作的启示等方面进行综述,旨在提高医务人员对儿童和青少年癌症患者病情告知问题的关注,为进一步探索符合我国文化的病情告知模式提供参考。Despite increasing attention to issues such as the diagnosis and prognosis disclosure for pediatric cancer patients,consensus has yet to be reached on whether to disclose it and how to disclose.This article provides a comprehensive review of the current research status,influencing factors,and insights into clinical practice regarding the disclosure of illness in pediatric cancer patients.The aim is to enhance healthcare professionals'awareness of the issue of disclosing the condition to children with cancer.It also serves as a reference for further exploration of disclosure models that align with the cultural context in China.
