鼻内针刺联合吡嘧司特钾滴眼液治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察鼻内针刺内迎香穴联合吡嘧司特钾滴眼液治疗季节性过敏性结膜炎(SAC)的临床疗效。方法纳入2023年11月——2024年6月北京中医药大学东直门医院诊治的SAC患者63例(126只眼),随机分为观察组31例(62只眼)和对照组32例(64只眼)。观察组予鼻内针刺联合吡嘧司特钾滴眼液进行治疗,对照组予0.1%氟米龙滴眼液联合吡嘧司特钾滴眼液进行治疗。均治疗14 d。分别于治疗前,治疗后7、14 d及随访时记录2组患者的眼部症状评分、体征评分、总评分,并记录治疗过程中的不良事件及安全性事件,评价临床疗效。结果(1)眼部症状评分:2组治疗前,治疗后7、14 d及随访眼部症状评分比较,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)观察组=161.139、χ^(2)对照组=128.985,均P=0.000)。观察组治疗后7 d、14 d及随访眼部症状评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z7 d=-2.213,P=0.027;Z_(14 d)=-2.213,P=0.002;Z_(随访)=-2.213,P=0.000)。2组治疗后7 d、14 d及随访眼部症状评分均较治疗前降低,差异均有统计学意义(观察组:Z7 d=-7.452、Z_(14 d)=-8.792、Z_(随访)=-9.555,均P=0.000;对照组:Z7 d=-5.876、Z_(14 d)=-7.942、Z_(随访)=-8.230,均P=0.000)。2组治疗后14 d及随访眼部症状评分均较治疗后7 d降低,差异均有统计学意义(观察组:Z_(14 d)=-4.932、Z_(随访)=-8.077,均P=0.000;对照组:Z_(14 d)=-4.591、Z_(随访)=-5.827,均P=0.000);观察组治疗随访眼部症状评分较治疗14 d降低,差异有统计学意义(Z=-4.962,P=0.000),而对照组随访眼部症状评分与治疗14 d比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。(2)眼部体征评分:2组治疗前,治疗后7 d、14 d,随访眼部体征评分比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)观察组=171.899、χ^(2)对照组=134.743,均P=0.000)。观察组治疗后7 d、14 d及随访眼部体征评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(Z7 d=-1.575,P=0.115;Z_(14 d)=-5.460、Z_(随访)=-6.787,均P=0.000)。2组治疗后7 d、14 d及随访眼�OBJECTIVE To observe the clinical efficacy of intranasal acupuncture at Neiyingxiang(LI20)combined with pemirolast potassium eyedrops in the treatment of seasonal allergic conjunctivitis(SAC).METHODS A total of 63 patients(126 eyes)with SAC diagnosed and treated at Dongzhimen Hospital,Beijing University of Chinese Medicine,from November 2023 to June 2024,were enrolled and randomly divided into a observation group(OG,31 patients,62 eyes)and a control group(CG,32 patients,64 eyes).The observation group received intranasal acupuncture combined with pemirolast potassium eyedrops,while the control group received 0.1%fluorometholone eyedrops combined with pemirolast potassium eyedrops.Both groups were treated for 14 days.Ocular symptom scores,sign scores,and total scores were recorded before treatment,seven days and 14 days after treatment,and 14 days after the end of treatment.Adverse events and safety incidents during treatment were also recorded to evaluate clinical efficacy.RESULTS(1)Eye symptom score:Comparisons of eye symptom scores before treatment,seven days and 14 days after treatment,and during follow-up between the two groups showed statistically significant differences(χ^(2)OG=161.139,χ^(2)_(CG)=128.985,both P=0.000).The eye symptom scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group at seven days and 14 days after treatment and during follow-up,with statistically significant differences(Z7 d=-2.213,P=0.027;Z_(14 d)=-2.213,P=0.002;Z_(follow-up)=-2.213,P=0.000).The eye symptom scores of both groups decreased significantly at seven days and 14 days after treatment and during follow-up compared with before treatment(combined group:Z7 d=-7.452,Z_(14 d)=-8.792,Z_(follow-up)=-9.555,all P=0.000;control group:Z7 d=-5.876,Z_(14 d)=-7.942,Z_(follow-up)=-8.230,all P=0.000).The eye symptom scores of both groups decreased significantly at 14 days after treatment and during follow-up compared with seven days after treatment(combined group:Z_(14 d)=-4.932,Z_(follow-up)=-8.077,both P=0.000;control gro
