基于“营卫学说”探析视网膜静脉阻塞发病机制和治疗

摘　　要：营卫由络以通,方能交会生化,发挥营养目窍作用,营卫功能失常,则目病生。眼底视网膜血管与孙络相似,《黄帝内经》中记载了孙络与营卫交会生化密切相关。视网膜静脉阻塞(RVO)病变过程中可表现为孙络瘀滞不通、孙络绌急、孙络疏失、孙络滋生等,进而营卫交会生化发生异常改变。本文从营卫交会生化角度,探讨RVO的发病机制,提出调和营卫通络的治疗方法,为RVO的临床诊治提供新的思路。Only when Yingwei are circulated through the collateral vessels can they meet,interact biochemically,and fulfill their role in nourishing the eyes.Dysfunction of Yingwei leads to ocular diseases.The retinal blood vessels in the fundus are similar to the smaller Sunluo described in the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic,which records that Sunluo are closely related to the biochemical interaction of Yingwei.During the pathological process of retinal vein occlusion(RVO),manifestations such as obstruction,tension,neglect,and proliferation of Sunluo may occur,leading to abnormal biochemical changes in the interaction of Yingwei.This article explores the pathogenesis of RVO from the perspective of the biochemical interaction of Yingwei,and proposes a treatment method of harmonizing Yingwei and promoting collateral circulation,providing new insights for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of RVO.
