摘　　要：目的评价海军军医大学第三附属医院中西医结合科多学科诊疗(MDT)模式下肝胆肿瘤教学查房工作的效果。方法选取60名临床实习医师,30名接受MDT模式下中西医结合诊治肝胆肿瘤教学查房,30名接受传统的教学查房模式,比较2组实习医师的出科考试成绩。结果MDT模式组理论考核成绩高于传统模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。MDT模式组出科病例汇报成绩优秀率高于传统模式组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论接受MDT模式下教学查房的实习医师收获了更好的学习效果。Objective To evaluate the effectiveness of teaching and ward rounds for liver and gallbladder tumors under the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment(MDT)model of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in The Third Affiliated Hospital of Naval Medical University.Methods A total of 60 clinical interns were selected,30 of them accepted the MDT mode of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine for diagnosis and treatment of hepatobiliary tumors,and 30 of them accepted the traditional mode of teaching and rounds.Results The theoretical test scores of MDT mode group were higher than those of traditional mode group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The rate of excellent results reported by patients in MDT mode group was higher than that in traditional mode group,the difference was statistically significant(P<O.05).Conclusion Interns who receive teaching rounds under MDT mode haveachieved betterlearning outcomes.
