摘　　要：总结1例枫糖尿病患儿在肝移植术中合并腹腔间隔室综合征行二期腹腔关闭缝合术的护理经验。护理要点:动态监测腹内压,减轻腹腔间隔室综合征症状;加强腹腔开放期的护理,为二期腹腔关闭缝合术做好准备;实施腹腔冲洗,避免肠液积聚;开展个性化康复训练,促进神经系统发育;提供营养支持,加强皮肤观察与护理;为患儿家长赋能,减轻照护负担。经过48 d的诊疗和护理,患儿康复出院。随访3个月,患儿状况良好。To summarize the nursing experience of a child with maple diabetes complicated with abdominal compartment syndrome during liver transplantation.Nursing points:dynamic monitoring of intra-abdominal pressure to alleviate symptom of abdominal compartment syndrome;strengthen the nursing care during the open period of the abdominal cavity and prepare for the second phase suture surgery;implement abdominal lavage technique to avoid intestinal fluid accumulation;carry out personalized rehabilitation training to promote the development of the nervous system;provide nutritional support,strengthen skin observation and care;empower parents of sick children and reduce the burden of care.After 48 days of diagnosis,treatment,and care,the patient recovered and was discharged from the hospital.With the follow-up for 3 months,the patient’s condition is good.
