摘 要:新课程理念和教学理念对高校体育健康课程教学提出了更高的要求。为了提升高校体育健康课程的教学质量、促进大学生体质健康状况,该文通过文献查阅、问卷调查等途径,从课前、课中、课后三个角度对陕西省10所高校体育健康课程教学进行分析。研究结果表明,在体育与健康课程改革方面,陕西省高校体育课堂教学存在教学设计贯彻力度缺乏、课程内容设置与教学方法选择创新不够等问题。基于此,该文提出深化课程改革应以学生体育需求为出发点、强化教学设计、优化教学过程、强化课后反思行为等策略,以期推动体育健康课程教学改革进程,提升教学质量。The new curriculum concept and teaching philosophy have put forward higher requirements for the teaching of physical education and health courses in universities.In order to improve the teaching quality of physical education and health courses in universities and promote the physical health status of college students,this article analyzes the teaching of physical education and health courses in 10 universities in Shaanxi Province from three perspectives:pre class,in class,and post class,through literature review,questionnaire survey,and other methods.The research results indicate that in the reform of physical education and health courses,there are problems in the implementation of teaching design and innovation in the selection of course content and teaching methods in physical education classrooms in universities in Shaanxi Province.Based on this,the article proposes that deepening curriculum reform should take students' physical education needs as the starting point,strengthen teaching design,optimize teaching processes,and enhance post class reflective behavior,in order to promote the reform process of physical education and health curriculum teaching and improve teaching quality.
