山西中招体考改革视角下学校体育增加趣味游戏活动的研究——阳泉市为例

摘　　要：该文采用问卷调查与面谈相结合的方式,调查分析了阳泉市中学生参加趣味游戏活动的内容及效果。参加趣味游戏,不仅能使中学生在中考体育考试中的体育成绩有明显的提高,而且能促进中学生积极参加体育活动,增强学生的身心健康。该研究旨在探讨未来山西省中学体育教学在中考体育改革的新背景下,为不单纯备战中考,而是激发学生对体育的兴趣,将如何改变传统的教学方式,进一步引入更多有趣的游戏活动,从而培养学生对终身体育的理解,为学生多方面发展提供坚实基础。This article adopts a combination of questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview to investigate and analyze the content and effects of middle school students' participation in fun game activities in Yangquan City.Participating in fun games can not only significantly improve the physical performance of middle school students in the middle school entrance examination,but also promote their active participation in sports activities and enhance their physical and mental health.This study aims to explore how to change traditional teaching methods and further introduce more interesting game activities in order to cultivate students' understanding of lifelong physical education and provide a solid foundation for their all-round development,under the new background of the reform of middle school physical education in Shanxi Province,in order to not only prepare for the middle school entrance examination,but also stimulate students' interest in sports.
