摘　　要：随着游泳运动的普及和全民健身战略的全面推进,当前对游泳裁判员的需求量日益增大。该文通过文献资料法和逻辑分析法,深入探讨了中国高校体育专业学生在游泳裁判能力方面的现状,并剖析了当前存在的问题。在此基础上,该文探讨了影响学生游泳裁判能力的因素,并提出了一系列培养途径和方法,旨在为高校体育专业游泳裁判教学和学生裁判能力的提升,提供理论支持和实践指导。With the popularization of swimming and the comprehensive promotion of the national fitness strategy,the demand for swimming referees is increasing day by day.This article explores in depth the current situation of swimming referee ability among sports majors in Chinese universities through literature review and logical analysis,and analyzes the existing problems.On this basis,the article explores the factors that affect students' swimming referee ability and proposes a series of training approaches and methods,aiming to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for the teaching of swimming referees and the improvement of students' referee ability in physical education majors in universities.
