摘 要:目的 探讨外周血脑源性神经营养因子(brain-derived neurotrophic factor BDNF)表达量及其磷酸化(p-BDNF)水平与精神分裂症患者冲动行为和情感障碍的相关性。方法 收集我院精神分裂症患者87例为病例组,同期健康体检者57例为对照组,收集入组者一般人口学资料,包括性别、年龄、教育程度、身体质量指数(BMI)、吸烟情况,并采用阳性与阴性症状量表(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,PANSS)对精神分裂症症状及严重程度进行评估,简式冲动行为量表(the Short UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale,S-UPPS-P)评估患者冲动行为,卡尔加里精神分裂症抑郁量表(Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia,CDSS)评估情感障碍,同时留取病例组及对照组入组第二天清晨空腹肘静脉血,提取上清液进行BDNF及p-BDNF浓度测定,并采用Pearson相关分析法分析其与冲动行为及情感障碍相关性。结果 两组性别、年龄、教育程度、BMI、吸烟情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),但与对照组相比,病例组BDNF、p-BDNF浓度相对低,PANSS评分、S-UPPS-P评分及CDSS评分相对高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经Pearson相关性分析得出精神分裂症患者外周血BDNF表达量与PANSS评分、S-UPPS-P评分、CDSS评分呈负相关(r=-0.527、-0.554、-0.581,P<0.05),p-BDNF含量与PANSS评分、S-UPPS-P评分、CDSS评分亦呈负相关(r=-0.539、-0.562、-0.578,P<0.05)。结论 精神分裂症存在血清BDNF、p-BDNF水平下降,且浓度与其症状严重程度、冲动行为及情感障碍均有负相关性。Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral blood brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)expression and its phosphorylation(p-BDNF)level and impulsive behavior and affective disorders in patients with schizophrenia.Methods Eighty-seven patients with schizophrenia in our hospital were collected as a case group,and 57 patients who had a health checkup during the same period were collected as a control group.General demographic data of the enrolled patients were collected,including gender,age,education level,body mass index(BMI),and smoking status,and the(Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale,the-PANSS) to assess the symptoms and severity of schizophrenia,the Short UPPS-P Impulsive Behavior Scale(-S-UPPS-P)to assess patients' impulsive behavior,the Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia(CDS)to assess the severity of schizophrenia,and the Calgary Depression Scale for Schizophrenia(CDSS)to assess affective disorders,and fasting elbow venous blood was collected from the case and control groups in the early morning of the second day of enrollment,and the supernatant was extracted for the determination of BDNF and p-BDNF concentrations,and analyzed for correlation with impulsive behavior and affective disorders by Pearson's correlation analysis.Results There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in terms of gender,age,education level,BMI,and smoking status(P>0.05),but compared with the control group,the case group had relatively low concentrations of BDNF and p-BDNF,and relatively high scores on the PANSS score,the S-UPPS-P score,and the CDSS score,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the correlation was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis It was concluded that peripheral blood BDNF,expression in schizophrenic patients was negatively correlated with PANSS score,S-UPPS-P score,and CDSS score(r=-0.527,-0.554,-0.581,P<0.05),and p-BDNF content was also negatively correlated with PANSS score,S-UPPS-P score,and CDSS score(r=-0.539,-0.562,-0.578,P<0.05).Co
