艾司西酞普兰治疗酒精依赖伴抑郁情绪的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨在伴抑郁酒精依赖患者治疗中,采用艾司西酞普兰治疗的价值。方法 在2018年1月~2020年10月选择酒精依赖伴抑郁患者110例进行研究,以随机数字表法分两组,一组接受常规酒精脱依赖+心理支持治疗(对照组),一组接受艾司西酞普兰治疗(观察组)。分析两组临床疗效,并对比负面情绪、生活质量、酒精依赖程度。结果 观察组55例患者经艾司西酞普兰治疗后临床疗效高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组统计的汉密顿抑郁量表-17(Hamilton Depression Scale-17,HAMD-17)评分、汉密顿焦虑量表(Hamilton Anxiety Scale,HAMA)评分低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组生活质量评分(quality of life score,QOL)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组酒精依赖程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 草酸艾司西酞普兰较心理治疗酒精依赖伴抑郁情绪效果显著,可改善其焦虑、抑郁状态,同时可减轻疾病对其生活质量的影响,值得借鉴与实施。Objective To explore the value of using escitalopram in the treatment of alcohol dependent patients with depression.Methods From January 2018 to October 2020,110 patients with alcohol dependence and depression were selected for the study.They were randomly divided into two groups using a random number table method:one group received conventional alcohol dependence+psychological support treatment(control group),and the other group received escitalopram treatment(observation group).Analyze the clinical efficacy of two groups and compare negative emotions,quality of life,and alcohol dependence.Results The clinical efficacy of 55 patients in the observation group after treatment with escitalopram was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The Hamilton Depression Scale-17(HAMD-17)and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score(QOL)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The degree of alcohol dependence in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acecitalopram oxalate is more effective than psychotherapy in the treatment of alcohol dependence with depression.It can improve anxiety and depression,and alleviate the impact of the disease on their quality of life.It is worth learning from and implementing.
