摘　　要：目的 探讨乳腺癌患者社会、心理因素与癌症复发恐惧感的关系。方法 本研究纳入东台市人民医院2020年10月~2023年4月84例乳腺癌患者,评估恐惧疾病进展量表(Fear of progression questionnaire-short form,FoP-Q-SF),分析焦虑、抑郁、社会支持、社交外表焦虑、学历、工作情况等社会、心理因素与FoP-Q-SF的关系。结果 84例患者FoP-Q-SF评分(38.81±6.06)分;是否具有焦虑、抑郁情绪、社交外表焦虑,不同社会支持、学历的患者FoP-Q-SF评分差异显著(P<0.05),不同工作状况,是否具有宗教信仰FoP-Q-SF评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);焦虑、抑郁、社会支持是FoP-Q-SF评分的影响因素。结论 乳腺癌患者癌症复发恐惧感较高,焦虑、抑郁、社会支持低水平可能加重癌症复发恐惧感。Objective To explore the correlation between social and psychological factors and fear of cancer recurrence in breast cancer patients.Methods Eighty-four breast cancer patients in Dongtai People's Hospital from October 2020 to April 2023 were included.The Fear of Progress Questionnaire Short Form(FoP-Q-SF)were evaluated.The relationship between social and psychological factors such as anxiety,depression,social support,social appearance anxiety,educational background,and work situation with FoP-Q-SF were analyzed.Results The FoP-Q-SF score of 84 patients was(38.81±6.06)points.There were significant differences in FoP-Q-SF scores among patients with different social support and educational backgrounds,whether they had anxiety,depression,and social appearance anxiety(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in FoP-Q-SF scores for religious beliefs among different work conditions(P>0.05).Anxiety,depression,and social support are the influencing factors of FoP-Q-SF score.Conclusion Breast cancer patients have a high fear of cancer recurrence,and low levels of anxiety,depression and social support may aggravate the fear of cancer recurrence.
