摘　　要：采用链式刀库的立式加工中心机床的换刀动作包括刀套翻转和机械手换刀,换刀时序图规定了机械手在原点、松刀点、拉刀点的动作要求。根据换刀时序图使用西门子S7-1200系列1214C DC/DC/DC型PLC设计出了PLC梯形图程序,包括刀套伸出刀库程序、机械手换刀程序、刀套缩回刀库程序,经过验证该PLC梯形图程序满足换刀要求。Tools changing movements include rotation of tool holder and robot-arm.Based on sequence chart,a tools changing PLC program is designed for the robot-arm in a chain-typed tool magazine vertical machine center,including tool holder unfolded program,robot-arm rotation program and tool holder folded program.This PLC program is proved to satisfy the requirement of tools changing.
