摘  要:针对低温污水处理过程中氨氮去除困难的问题,在12℃条件下,从冬季新疆城市污水处理厂二沉池活性污泥中筛选出一株耐低温假单胞菌,将其命名为Pseudomonas veronii A4。对菌株A4的氨氮去除特性进行研究,菌株A4的最适碳源为丁二酸钠,在以丁二酸钠为碳源,COD/N为5的情况下,24 h时NH_(4)^(+)-N去除率为50.82%。In response to the difficulty in removing ammonia nitrogen during low-temperature wastewater treatment,a low temperature resistant Pseudomonas aeruginosa strain was selected from the activated sludge of the secondary sedimentation tank of urban sewage treatment plants in Xinjiang under 12℃conditions,and named Pseudomonas veronii A4.A study was conducted on the ammonia nitrogen removal characteristics of strain A4.The optimal carbon source for strain A4 was sodium succinate.With sodium succinate as the carbon source and a COD/N of 5,the NH_(4)^(+)-N removal rate was 50.82%after 24 hours.
