摘  要:采用溶胶凝胶法制备了系列低负载量的CoCu/C-ZSM-5负载型催化剂。结果表明,10%Co0.75Cu0.25/C-0.8催化剂对甲苯的催化氧化性能最佳,其T90为239.3℃,接近于贵金属催化剂的催化氧化性能。通过XRD、FTIR、TEM、BET和XPS等方法进行表征,结果表明,制备的CoCu/C-ZSM-5催化剂保持了ZSM-5分子筛的结构特性,且活性组分均匀分布。此外,催化剂具有丰富的孔道结构,有利于甲苯的传质。XPS结果表明制备的系列CoCu催化剂中Co0.75Cu0.25/C-0.8的Co^(3+)/Co^(2+)、Cu^(+)/Cu^(2+)和Oα/Oβ比例最高,有利于甲苯低温催化氧化,且Cu的掺杂提升了Co对甲苯的催化活性。因此,为VOCs的高效催化氧化处理提供了新的解决方案,具有较强应用价值。A series of CoCu/C-ZSM-5 catalysts with low loading were prepared by sol-gel method.The results show that the 10%Co0.75Cu0.25/C-0.8 catalyst exhibits the best performance in the catalytic oxidation of toluene,and the T90 is 239.3℃,which is close to the performance of the noble met-al catalyst.The catalyst was characterized by XRD,FTIR,TEM,BET and XPS.The results showed that the catalyst maintained the structural charac-teristics of ZSM-5 molecular sieve and the active components were evenly distributed.In addition,the catalyst has rich pore structure,which is con-ducive to the mass transfer of toluene.The XPS results show that the Co^(3+)/Co^(2+),Cu^(+)/Cu^(2+)and Oα/Oβratios of Co0.75Cu0.25/C-0.8 are the highest in the prepared series of catalysts,which is beneficial to the catalytic oxidation of toluene at low temperature.The doping of Cu enhances the catalytic ac-tivity of Co for toluene.This study provides a new solution for the efficient catalytic oxidation of VOCs,which has strong application value.
