摘  要:以木葡糖醋杆菌纤维素(Gluconacetobacter xylinum Bacterial Cellulose,BC)膜为研究对象,添加海藻酸钠(Sodium Alginate,SA)、羧甲基纤维素钠(Sodium salt of Caboxy Methyl Cellulose,CMC-Na)和羧甲基纤维素(Carboxymethyl Cellulose,CMC)外源物质,采用原位培养制备改性膜并进行结构表征和理化分析。结果表明:BC、BC/SA、BC/CMC和BC/CMC-Na四种膜最大热分解温度分别为335.37℃、335.68℃、337.23℃和312.66℃;BC/SA膜纤维直径变小,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率分别为(14.96±0.24)MPa和(36±0.36)%,力学性能提高;BC/CMC膜和BC/CMC-Na膜孔径较大,致密性低,含水量和溶胀性能提高,BC/CMC-Na热稳定性下降。Gluconacetobacter xylinum bacterial cellulose(BC)membranes were taken as the research object,and sodium alginate(SA),sodium carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC-Na)and carboxymethyl cellulose(CMC)exogenous substances were added to prepare the modified membranes by in-situ culture,and the structural characterization and physicochemical analysis were carried out.The results showed that:the maximum thermal decomposition temperatures of the four membranes were 335.37℃,335.68℃,337.23℃and 312.66℃,respectively,and the fiber diameter of BC/SA membranes decreased,and the tensile strength and elongation at break were(14.96±0.24)MPa and(36±0.36)%,respectively,and the mechanical properties of BC/CMC membranes and BC/CMC-Na were improved.The membrane pore size is large,the compactness is low,the water content and swelling properties are improved,and the thermal stability of BC/CMC-Na is reduced.
