摘　　要：号码携带业务(携号转网)作为提升号码资源利用率、简化用户换网流程的重要举措,不仅为用户带来了便利,还促进了电信市场的竞争与运营商服务创新。然而,随着携号转网业务的深入推广,其复杂的业务流程和用户短信收发的潜在问题逐渐显现。本文以某运营商短信系统为例,深入剖析了携入、携出用户在短信收发过程中的关键业务流程,并针对常见问题提出了有效的解决方案。这些经验对于电信运营商在日常运维中提升服务质量和用户体验具有重要的借鉴意义。As an important measure to improve the utilization of number resources and simplify the process of users switching networks,the number portability service(number portability to network)not only brings convenience to users,but also promotes competition in the telecommunications market and innovation in operator services.However,with the deepening promotion of the number portability service,its complex business processes and potential issues with user SMS sending and receiving are gradually becoming apparent.This case study takes Unicom's SMS system as an example to deeply analyze the key business processes of users in and out of the SMS sending and receiving process,and proposes effective solutions for common problems.These experiences have important reference significance for telecommunications operators to improve service quality and user experience in daily operations and maintenance.
