摘 要:以毕节市市售15份新鲜鱼腥草(根)和5份鱼腥草(叶)为研究对象,分析鱼腥草中4种重金属(Cd、Hg、As和Pb)含量分布特征并进行健康风险评价。结果表明,同一植株中,鱼腥草(叶)中Pb含量均高于鱼腥草(根),鱼腥草(叶)中Cd、As含量均低于鱼腥草(根);2份样品分别受到Pb和Cd的轻度污染,样品均未受到As和Hg的污染,6份样品的内梅罗污染指数为警戒级;鱼腥草每日最大推荐摄入量为245 g;单一重金属的膳食健康风险指数和4种重金属的复合健康风险指数均小于1。鱼腥草中4种重金属污染水平较低,食用毕节市市售鱼腥草后无明显健康风险。15 fresh Houttuynia cordata(roots)and 5 fresh Houttuynia cordata(leaves)were selected as the research objects,and the distribution characteristics of 4 heavy metals(Cd,Hg,AS and Pb)in Houttuynia cordata were analyzed and the health risks were evaluated.The results showed that,in the same plant,Pb content in Houttuynia cordata(leaves)was higher than that in Houttuynia cordata(roots),Cd and As contents in Houttuynia cordata(leaves)were lower than that in Houttuynia cordata(roots).Two samples were slightly contaminated with Pb and Cd,respectively,while none of the samples were contaminated with As and Hg,and the Nemero contamination index of six samples was alarm.The maximum recommended daily intake of Houttuynia cordata is 245 g.The dietary health risk index of single heavy metal and the composite health risk index of 4 heavy metals were all less than 1.The pollution level of 4 heavy metals in Houttuynia cordata is low,and there is no obvious health risk after consumption of Houttuynia cordata in Bijie city.
