摘　　要：粮食是稳定国民经济发展的重要物资,保障粮食安全至关重要。粮食是具有呼吸和代谢作用的生命有机体,需要在适宜的条件、环境下储存,以保障储存安全。基于此,文章介绍了水分、不完善粒、霉变等粮食基本特性以及基础设施、温度、湿度等储存环境对粮食储存安全的影响,并对常用的几种绿色储粮技术进行分析,探讨研究了储粮技术的未来发展方向,以期为粮食存储提供参考与帮助。Food is an important material to stabilize the development of the national economy,and it is very important to ensure food security.Grain is a living organism with respiratory and metabolic functions.It needs to be stored under suitable conditions and environment to ensure storage safety.Based on this,this paper introduces the basic characteristics of grain such as moisture,imperfect grain,mildew and the impact of storage environment such as infrastructure,temperature and humidity on grain storage security,analyzes several common green grain storage technologies,and discusses the future development direction of grain storage technology,in order to provide reference and help for grain storage.
