摘 要:中药保健食品是我国健康产品的重要部分,其在未病先防、保健康复等方面发挥巨大作用。近年来,我国中药保健食品种类越来越丰富,性能越来越完善,但是中药保健食品仍存在功能评价缺乏中医指导、原材料质量管理标准不完善以及消费者对其存在理解误区等问题。本文遵循辨证保健思维,通过对中药保健食品的概述,阐述中药保健食品开发存在的问题,并提出基于辨证保健启示的中药保健食品开发路径,为人们提供安全、高效的中药保健食品。Traditional Chinese medicine health food is an important part of China’s health products,which plays a great role in prevention before illness,health care and rehabilitation.In recent years,there are more and more kinds of traditional Chinese medicine health foods in China,and their performances are becoming more and more perfect.However,there are still some problems in the functional evaluation of traditional Chinese medicine health foods,such as the lack of Chinese medicine guidance,the imperfect quality management standards of raw materials and the misunderstanding of consumers.This paper follows the dialectical health care thinking,expounds the problems existing in the development of traditional Chinese medicine health food through the overview of traditional Chinese medicine health food,and finally puts forward the development path of traditional Chinese medicine health food based on dialectical health care enlightenment,so as to provide safe and efficient traditional Chinese medicine health food for the people.
