摘　　要：随着当代社会的不断进步,交往能力已经成为现代人越来越重要的一项素质。尤其是在现代社会中,社交活动、社交网络等社交场合逐渐增多,人们的交往能力显得格外重要。大学生是未来社会的中坚力量,培养大学生的交往能力尤为重要。然而现实中,很多大学生却存在交往困难、社交恐惧等问题,导致交际不良,影响个人情感和人际关系。因此如何培养大学生的交往能力就成了亟须解决的重要问题,希望该文的研究能够对当代大学生交往能力的培养提供借鉴。With the continuous progress of contemporary society,communication ability has become an increasingly important quality of modern people.Especially in modern society,social activities,social networks and other social occasions are gradu ally increasing,and people's communication ability is particularly important.College students are the backbone of the future society,and it is particularly important to cultivate their communicative competence.However,in reality,many college students have problems such as communication difficulties and social fears,which lead to poor communication and affect personal feelings and interpersonal relationships.Therefore,how to cultivate college students' communicative competence has become an important problem to be solved urgently.I hope this research can provide reference for the cultivation of contemporary college students' communicative competence.
