知识服务视角下的地图集编制设计与平台探索

摘　　要：地图集作为科学文化资源知识产品,包含了多源、多尺度、多时态、多类型和多专业的知识、信息和数据。在信息化、大数据时代环境下,地图集编制设计需要摆脱制图者和传统地图的产品视角,面向国家建设和社会公众对地图资源的知识服务需求,在原有的内容体系、表达体系、技术体系设计基础上,充分融合应用大数据、人工智能和融媒体信息技术,拓展多媒介、多终端应用服务的功能体系设计,实现地图集从知识产品设计编制到应用服务的知识服务闭环。本文以地图集资源的知识服务视角,通过对地图集编制的设计体系的梳理,提出地图集编制设计的多层级知识服务体系构建框架,并结合“中国专题地图集资源网”信息共享服务平台实践应用案例,进一步探索面向知识服务的地图集应用和服务新模式。As a knowledge product of scientific and cultural resources,the atlas encompasses multi-source,multi-scale,multi-temporal,multi-type,and multi-disciplinary knowledge,information,and data.In the context of the information age and big data era,the compilation design of atlases needs to move beyond the cartographer’s and traditional map product’s perspective and instead focus on the knowledge service needs of national development and the general public for map resources.It is essential to fully integrate big data,artificial intelligence,and multimedia information technologies while expanding the functional system design for multi-media and multi-terminal applications based on the original content,representation,and technical system designs.This approach aims to achieve a knowledge service loop from the atlas compilation design as a knowledge product to its application and services.This paper views from the perspective of knowledge services for atlas resources,proposing a multi-level knowledge service framework for atlas compilation and design by sorting out the atlas compilation and design system,and further explores new modes of atlas application and services for knowledge services through practical application cases such as the“China Thematic Atlas Resource Website”information sharing service platform.
