大小国各七张治法——刘逢禄的《公羊》诸夏说

摘　　要：刘逢禄的《公羊》诸夏说,主要体现在《释例·十四诸侯终始表》里,即以相关经传注的义例反映在《春秋》三世内有关诸夏十四国的“礼义”治法。关于由晋、齐、宋、陈、蔡、卫、郑等所组成的诸夏七大国,刘氏主要依据君杀无罪大夫、君弑贼不讨、君篡位不明、君葬是否书日等四项主要义例的常例和变例,在三世范围内,一方面反映各国混乱失序的具体状况,另一方面又以义例之法展开“礼义”之治。而对于曹、许、莒、邾娄、滕、薛、杞等七小国的治理,其以小国卒葬和小国有无大夫两项义例在三世内的动态变化来细致呈现。又,由于三世治法本身“取足张法”的性质,其未必与相关诸夏义例治法普遍契合,但可互相补充解释、推导论证。刘氏以诸夏大小国的三世内外义例之治,具体地承载和体现《春秋》拨乱反正、复归三代的王道政教理想。Liu Fenglu's Chinese Theory of Gongyang is mainly reflected in the Table of The End and Beginning of the Fourteen Princes,which reflects the“rites and righteousness”of the fourteen countries in the Spring and Autumn Period.Regarding the seven states composed of Jin,Qi,Song,Chen,Cai,Wei and Zheng,Liu's mainly based on the four main cases of righteousness,such as the murder of the doctor is not guilty,the murder of the thief is not punished,the usurpation of the throne is unknown,the burial of the emperor is not written on the day,and so on.In the scope of the three phase,on the one hand,it reflects the specific situation of chaos and disorder in various countries,on the other hand,it develops the rule of“propriety and righteousness”with the law of righteousness and example.As for the governance of the seven kingdoms of Cao,Xu,Ju,Zhulou,Teng,Xue and Qi,Liu showed in detail the dynamic changes of the funeral and burial of a small kingdom and the existence of a doctor in a small kingdom during the three dynasties.Due to the nature of“taking sufficient method”,it may not be generally consistent with the relevant Chinese examples,but it can complement each other to explain and deduce argumentation.Liu's rule of internal and external righteousness in the three dynasties embodies the ideal of The Spring and Autumn Annals of righting the disorder and returning to the three dynasties.
