摘　　要：研究旨在深入探讨全英文SP(标准化病人)的培训流程,特别强调对医学院校大学生在医学专业知识、英语医学词汇及常用表达等方面的全面培养。同时提出全英文SP培训后评估系统的建设思路,通过闭卷考试、开卷考试以及模拟场景演练等多种手段,对SP候选人的医学专业知识掌握程度及英语表达能力进行全面评估,确保SP候选人能够胜任全英文医疗模拟教学任务,以满足医学教育领域的实际需求。The purpose of this paper is to discuss in depth the training process of SP(standardized patient)in English,with special emphasis on the comprehensive training of medical college students in terms of medical professional knowledge,English medical vocabulary and common expressions,as well as performance skills.At the same time,this paper proposes the construction of a post-training evaluation system for standardized patient training in English,in which the degree of medical professional knowledge and English expression of SP candidates are comprehensively evaluated by means of closed-book exams,open-book exams,and simulation scenario drills to ensure that SP candidates are capable of performing the tasks of teaching medical simulation in English,so as to satisfy the practical needs of the medical education field.
