锈赤扁谷盗磷化氢不同抗性品系的发育历期与生命表参数研究

摘  要:磷化氢强抗性害虫的环境适应力变化影响其防治和抗性治理,明确锈赤扁谷盗Cryptolestes ferrugineus(Stephens)磷化氢抗性品系的生长发育与生命表参数变化对延长磷化氢使用寿命和有效防治这一难以控制的害虫具有重要意义。参照联合国粮农组织(FAO)推荐的储粮害虫磷化氢抗性测定方法,对采自广东广州市、中山市和加拿大温尼伯市的锈赤扁谷盗不同品系进行了磷化氢抗性测定,研究了30℃、70%RH条件下锈赤扁谷盗磷化氢强抗性品系和敏感参考品系的虫期及世代发育历期、雌雄成虫寿命、单雌产卵量、种群趋势指数等。采于广州的锈赤扁谷盗GZCF 1461品系磷化氢抗性系数为1461倍,采自中山的锈赤扁谷盗ZSCF 267品系抗性系数为267倍,来自温尼伯的锈赤扁谷盗WNCF 3品系抗性系数为3倍(参考品系),所测锈赤扁谷盗品系间磷化氢抗性差异极显著。超强抗性GZCF 1461、强抗性ZSCF 267和敏感参考WNCF 3品系的锈赤扁谷盗在卵期、1~3龄幼虫龄期和蛹期上差异不明显,其4龄幼虫期差异显著且导致所测锈赤扁谷盗不同品系的幼虫总历期相应为20、19、18 d。超强抗性GZCF 1461、强抗性ZSCF 267和敏感WNCF 3品系相应的世代发育历期为28、27、26 d,雌成虫寿命为124、133、141 d,雄成虫寿命为106、112、120 d,单雌平均产卵量为113、116粒和129粒,种群趋势指数为11.21、17.33、25.73。超强抗性、强抗性和敏感品系的锈赤扁谷盗幼虫期及世代发育历期略有差异,雌成虫与雄成虫寿命、单雌平均产卵量、种群趋势指数随抗性增强相应缩短或减小。锈赤扁谷盗磷化氢抗性的适合度代价主要表现在成虫寿命缩短、产卵量减少、种群趋势指数降低等。The environmental adaptability variation of strong resistant strain to phosphine of insect pest affects their control and resistance management.Clarifying the growth and development of phosphine-resistant strain of Cryptoletes ferrugineus(Stephens)is of great significance for prolonging the service life of phosphine and effectively controlling this uncontrollable pest.Three strains of C.ferrugineus were determined by FAO recommended method they were collected from grain depot located in Guangzhou and Zhongshan cities,both in Guangdong province,China,and depot in Winnipeg City,Manitoba,Canada.Furthermore,the developmental duration of different stage and one generation,adult lifespan,fecundity,and population trend index of the strains were measured under conditions of 30℃and 70%RH.The resistance factor(Rf)was 1461 for the strain(labelled in GZCF 1461)from Guangzhou,267 for the strain(labelled in ZSCF 267)from Zhongshan,and 3 for the strain(labelled in WNCF 3)from Winnipeg.It was sharply different among of the tested strains of C.ferrugineus.The developmental duration of egg,1~3 stars of larvae and pupae had no significant different among of the three tested strains.The duration different on four-star of the larvae existed and lead to the duration different at 20 d,19 d and 18 d corresponded to strain GZCF 1461,ZSCF 267 and WNCF 3;super-strong strain GZCF 1461,strong strain ZSCF 267,and susceptible strain WNCF 3 had 28 d,27 d and 26 d at generation duration;124 d,133 d and 141 d at female adult lifespan;106 d,112 d and 120 d at male adult lifespan;113,116 and 129 individuals at egg production;11.21,17.33 and 25.73,relatively,at population trend index.The larval stage and generation development duration of the super-resistant,strong-resistant and sensitive lines WERE slightly different,and the life span of female and male adults,the average number of eggs laid by a single female and the population trend index WERE shortened or decreased with the increase of resistance.The fitness cost of phosphine resistance of Cry
